Hello! Sorry it's been forever since I've posted, but I finally have something post worthy!
And that amazing thing is my Sourdough Starter! Yes sirree folks, this beautiful scientific thing I'm doing is the key to making Sourdough bread! Uh, I might need to backtrack a bit.
Well, as you may or may not know, I REALLY like to bake, and since I've baked in pretty much every other category (cakes, cupcakes, pastries) I decided to bake bread, so I am now in the midst of being creeped out by yeast particles and the perfect water temperature. Now, I've decided to make sourdough bread and to do that I have to make a sourdough starter. To my surprise it's actually pretty easy. The only downside is that during the middle stage of the process, the thing stinks!!! So, since I plan on keeping these little yeast particles for a long time, and because the yeast is technically alive, I decided to name my project Murray.
