I want to warn you that this post is going to be a complete ramble.
Hem Hem.
Thanksgiving is in two days!! I'm so excited! :) Oh my gosh have I told you how much I love Thanksgiving? There's turkey, pie, mashed potatoes, more pie and cranberry sauce, even more pie… Ahhhh.
So let me tell you a little about our Thanksgiving.
In the morning of Thanksgiving, we always have cinnamon rolls and watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade on t.v. and that's always lots of fun. It's a parade that goes on in New York every year and there are floats and huge balloons and singing and dancing and we've watched it on Thanksgiving morning for as long as I can remember. Then we go on a picnic in the afternoon while the turkey bakes. Then we come home and get the rest of the food made. The pies will have already been made, so then we make the cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes etc. And then we eat. :)

Tomorrow is pie day. We're going to bake all of our pies tomorrow :D
Lu is making the apple pie, Lu is helping Rosie make the chocolate pie, Claire is making the pumpkin pie, Claire and Frani and I are making cherry pie (Frani is so excited), and I'm making the pecan pie. *licks lips* And after Thanksgiving it's Christmas!!!
Today at choir we were practicing with the younger group (I think they're all around the ages 5-10) and we practiced a lot of Christmas carols with them. I love Christmas carols so much! :D And it's so cute when they sing because they all, even the boys, have really high voices. :) Especially when we sing Glad Tidings their voices sound so cute! ;)
What I also love about this time time of year is that I get to start Christmas shopping soon!
I have the rest of this week off from school, so I might post later this week.
