Weddings

Yesterday, one of my dad's students, who my family has known since the student was 3, got married! The wedding was beautiful, and ohmygoodness the bride looked gorgeous! She is really tall, and her dark hair looked so lovely with her dress. Her dress was long sleeves, really lacy, and my goodness the veil! It was really long and had lace flowers and, ah, it was just beautiful. The church is almost all white, so everything looked so magical and white. And the bridesmaid dresses were so pretty too! Half the bridesmaids wore pale pink dresses and the other half wore really blueish-grayish dresses.

We went to the reception after the wedding, which was also very lovely. It was all outside, it was a really nice day, there was really yummy Mexican food, and lots of dancing. The speeches were really sweet and the dancing was so fun! There was a really beautiful vanilla and strawberry cake, and there was also lots of homemade pie! I was like, that's what I want when I get married! I've never seen pie as a wedding dessert, but like what a great idea, right?

Later, I saw the bride sitting with the groom, while everyone was dancing, and she was drinking tea. Like, I want my wedding just like this one! Gorgeous dresses, pie and tea! I'm in!

Weddings are so beautiful, and we knew the bride and groom both really well, so it was so nice.

Sorry, my rambling might have bored you, but ya know, that's what a blog is for, right? It's like an online journal where I can ramble away like nobody's business. XD

We have guests here, so I should go now.
